Welcome to the organizers wiki!

NodeSchool is a fully community driven effort and is 100% open source. This means that anyone can use the NodeSchool materials and/or host an event.

There's a lot of flexibility in the specifics of running a NodeSchool event, and this wiki aims to collect best practices and the variety of experiences of our chapters worldwide.

Where should I put information?

Use this pyramid to decide where information should go:

• Put it on the website if it is info everyone needs to know to get started and if it should get translated into different languages
• Put it in the wiki if it is information that other organizers could benefit from and help maintain
• Put it in a discussion issue if it is a conversation to explore an idea, especially if you prefer to use your native language
