Hold Me is a challenge added into Pudding & Wakaba mod. The Player character is blindfolded Tainted Cain, who starts with Lil Mao, Recall, and must defeat Mother. Completing challenge unlocks Lil Mao.

As blindfolded, The only way to attack is using Lil Mao, who has a Brimstone ring. The damage of Brimstone ring scales with T.Cain's Damage stat. All items are also changed to Clover Shard, which gives T.Cain x1.11 Damage multiplier. This multiplier stacks each other.
Like Tainted Forgotten, Using Recall retrieves Lil Mao to Tainted Cain.
