This sections explains what to do if you run into a problem while using Joule.

What to include when you ask SAP for help

When you report a Joule problem, add this information to help SAP fix it faster:

  • Region (like EU10 or US10)
  • Subaccount ID
  • The actions you did that caused the error
  • Screenshots of the error and network trace

Collecting information for Joule issues

  1. Start a conversation with Joule and make the error happen again.
  2. Go to the About section in Joule, found in the Settings menu on the side.
  3. Click Download Traces to get these details:
    • Joule version and setup
    • UI logs and last 5–10 HTTP requests
    • Correlation IDs for the last 5–10 messages (SAP uses these to find more info)
    • Message history as a JSON file (if you agree)
  4. Attach the downloaded files when you submit your problem to SAP Support.
