Summary

This section explains how to add the custom Joule domain as a Trusted Domain in the Identity Authentication so that you can use the Joule overlay in your applications.

Prerequisites

Required role: Manage Tenant Configuration

For more information on how to assign administrator roles, see Edit Administrator Authorizations

Steps

  1. Sign in to the administration console for SAP Cloud Identity Services.

  2. Under Applications and Resources, choose the Tenant Settings tile.

    At the top of the page, you can view the administrative and license relevant information of the tenant.

  3. Under Customization, choose the Trusted Domains list item.

  4. Press the + (Add) button.

  5. Type the URL of the trusted host in the field.

You can either type the full name of the host or you can use the wild card * function. For example:

  • mycompany.ondemand.com
  • *.example.com

[!CAUTION] Be careful when using the wild card * function. Make sure that you trust the domain when you use it.

  1. Save your changes.

Result

If the operation is successful, the system displays the message Trusted Domains updated.
