hardaker will be moving some of the code tests into a
test-suite directory and adding more discussion surrounding c99: consensus seems to be ANSI
only and don't assume architecture specific files can hold

*BSD IPv6 fixes
Niels has a bunch of changes to fix IPv6 on the *BSD
systems mostly because of the changing code bases (BSD and
Net-SNMP both) will push into trunk and 5.6 for now
