Games (0.123.x)

DLSSTweaks should work fine with the majority of games that support DLSS2+, as long as our DLL is being loaded in (should see a dlsstweaks.log file being created) then in most cases the quality level & preset tweaks should work fine.

(if it doesn't appear to load in you can try renaming our DLL to one of the names mentioned in the INI, if it still doesn't work with any of those, please let me know in the issues section!)

However some titles are known to have issues with ForceDLAA, lists of titles that users have reported ForceDLAA working or not are below, if you try a game that isn't mentioned here please let me know the results in the issues section and I'll keep the list updated.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ONLINE GAMES
The way the hook works is similar to how some game cheats modify games, it's very likely to be picked up by most anti-cheats.

Titles reported to work with ForceDLAA

Note: games in this section were mostly tested with DLSSTweaks 0.123.
0.200 changed a lot of how DLSSTweaks works though, one major change is that nvngx.dll can usually be used to load in our tweaks now, instead of needing to rename the DLL per-game.

If you try a game listed here on 0.200 please let us know the results, so we can add them to the 0.200-specific page.

  • Dying Light 2
  • Shadow of the Tomb Raider
  • Judgment
  • Lost Judgment
  • Death Stranding
  • Cyberpunk 2077
  • Red Dead Redemption 2 (rename to XInput9_1_0.dll)
  • Plague Tale Requiem
  • Chernobylite (UE4)
  • Ghostwire Tokyo (UE4)
  • God of War
  • Uncharted 4
  • Horizon Zero Dawn
  • Deathloop
  • Ready Or Not (UE4)
  • HITMAN 3
  • Nioh 2 (OverrideAutoExposure = 1 can be used to fix the graphics issues it has with DLSS3.1)
  • FIST: Forged in Shadow Torch (UE4)
  • Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition (may need rename to XInput1_3.dll or XInput9_1_0.dll)
  • Assetto Corsa Competizione (UE4)
  • Returnal (UE4)
  • Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice (UE4) (may need rename to XInput1_3.dll)
  • Atomic Heart (UE4)
  • prboom-rt, quake-rt & hl1-rt (rename to winmm.dll, requires RayTracedGL1-DLSS to be setup first)
  • No Man's Sky (rename to XInput9_1_0.dll)
  • Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord (SP / MP-without-anticheat only)
  • Hi-Fi RUSH (UE4)

UE4 games usually include two EXEs, one for the main game, and one that simply launches the main game - the DLL usually needs to be placed next to main game EXE. (normally found inside a [gameName]\Binaries\Win64\ folder)

Some titles listed here might already have native DLAA support, but you can still tweak scaling ratios/DLSS3.1 presets for those using DLSSTweaks.

This list almost entirely comes from user reports, and support may regress between different DLSSTweaks versions.
If you find a working game that isn't listed here, or a game listed here that no longer appears to work, please let us know on the issue tracker!

Titles that may have issues with DLAA

  • Mortal Shell
  • Minecraft Bedrock Edition (DLAA causes screen cut in half, WinStore game so dlsstweaks.log file likely won't be created, can check if it's loaded by toggling the OverrideDlssHud setting)
  • Crysis 3 Remastered (works with 0.99 scale, but 1.00 causes render issues)
  • Monster Hunter Rise (game has native DLAA option, but forcing with ForceDLAA causes issues - the rest of DLSSTweaks tweaks should be fine)
  • Skyrim Upscaler (has issues with loading alternate nvngx.dll files, unsure about other methods, more info at https://github.com/emoose/DLSSTweaks/issues/44#issuecomment-1468518380)

Scaling & DLSS3.1 preset overrides may still work fine in the titles above.
