Disclaimer

We were initially supposed to update our requirements and derive a detailed project roadmap. However, since Yusuf and Abdullah had already updated the requirements during the previous week (Issue #336), this meeting focused mainly on reviewing the requirements and refining the roadmap instead.

Discussion Points

• The team reviewed all requirements in detail during the meeting (Issue #360).
• The project roadmap was updated and clarified as much as possible to align with the upcoming milestones.
• Berkay presented an overview of the CI/CD pipeline and explained the current state of project deployment.
• Each subteam shared progress updates and made some necessary discussions about page design or api calls.
• Our database is not populating challenges. Berkay decided to look into it.
• The team agreed to finalize the basic application features (forum, profile, home page, login and registration, deployment, notifications, goals, challenges, and leaderboard) as much as possible before the customary meeting scheduled for October 10.
• After the customary meeting, development will proceed based on the feedback received, targeting the first milestone on October 21.
• Issues related to milestone deliverables will be created and assigned during next week’s meeting.
