Meeting Purpose

To discuss the implementation and testing strategy for the MVP, finalize the Lab 5 report structure, and assign responsibilities for each section.

Summary of Decisions and Tasks

• MVP Goals & Objectives: Başar presented the finalized MVP goals, emphasizing the main functionalities to deliver in this phase. The team agreed these objectives align with user needs and current project scope.
• Implementation Plan: Asya outlined the critical MVP features and described how issues will be tracked on GitHub. The team confirmed the workflow based on issue assignments, milestones, and weekly sprints.
• Lessons Learned & Mitigation: Mert reflected on previous milestone challenges. The team decided to improve coordination by increasing meeting frequency and reviewing pull requests earlier.
• Testing Strategy: Eren summarized the current unit test coverage and identified areas that need more meaningful test cases. The team agreed to increase test coverage and verify that existing tests catch functional errors effectively.
• Acceptance Test Plan: Umut described the acceptance criteria, validation scenarios, and user testing approach to ensure the MVP meets stakeholder and business goals, which was then reviewed by Samed.

Documentation & Project Content

We created the Lab 5: MVP Implementation & Planning Report on our project wiki, detailing each section with assigned responsibilities, implementation details, testing metrics, and acceptance criteria to ensure the MVP is developed and validated according to both technical and business objectives.

Issue Management & Coordination

Berkay distributed the issues related to the mobile team, ensuring that tasks were clearly assigned and aligned with the current milestone goals.

Conclusion & Next Steps

The team successfully finalized the Lab 5 report structure, clarified responsibilities, and aligned on the critical goals for the MVP implementation. Each member is now focused on completing their assigned sections and ensuring smooth coordination through GitHub issue tracking.

Moving forward, the team will focus on strengthening the testing phase, particularly by adding more unit and integration test cases for the mobile application to improve coverage and reliability. Regular meetings and code reviews will continue to ensure progress remains consistent with the project timeline and quality standards.
