• Channels for each Work Package, please enable notifications for any Channels which you are currently active in
• Intended for small team conversations related to a specific topic/problem
• Please use Google Drive links where necessary rather than sending documents through teams

Github

• Digital Project audit trail and public facing platform
• Publicly facing, all material on Github is out in the open
• Upload information for peer review and presentation to Innovate UK once Work segments are completed

Google Drive

• Document Management and Collaboration
• Please make sure all documents loaded to Google Drive and intended for editing are native Google doc formats, not xlsx or docx. This helps with collaboration
• Keep to one instance of each file. If you want to share progress select File > Version History > Name Current Version
• Please use the comment tool to add information to other documents

Microsoft Project

• Used for high level project planning
• Releases uploaded as PDF & MPP file formats

Trello

• Proejct management tool for managing and commenting tasks
• Upload all currently active tasks along with an anticipated completion date
• Add additional links to Github/Google Drive to share completed or in progress work
• Add subtasks where possible to build out scope
• "@" other member of the team to draw their attention to comments
