User Management

Note: this feature requires Super Admin user privileges.


Access User Management from the global menu. From here, you can perform various admin actions on the users of the authoring tool install, including:

  • Creating new user accounts
  • Viewing existing users
  • Removing existing users
  • Editing existing user details (email, role)
  • Unlocking locked accounts
  • Changing account passwords

Email notifications

If you've configured an email server for use with your authoring instance (see this page for more information), you will be given options to send notifications to users for password resetting purposes.
