Installing the Eye Tracker

• Q. I am having trouble installing the Eye Tracker

• A. Specific documentation relating to each Eye Tracker can be found on the manufacturers website.

• Q. The keyboard will not maximize after docking.

• A. This bug only occurs on Windows 7 Operating Systems, we are currently looking for a fix

• Q. My other screen/ other window is moving around/ behaving strangely whenever I activate a button on the keyboard.

• A. This problem occurs when another window is active while using the keyboard, a short term fix is to click with a mouse on the Iconic Keyboard on screen, this should stop the commands from operating on other windows or applications
