Need to discuss data access with Steve included.

Any access to data needs approval.

• I already have approval via my employment on the Wellcome award to do things directly relevant to creating a 'good' research database/pipeline.
• I don't have approval for actual research like the trache question. Abi will send over information on data access applications for me to review.

I will add notes on discussion with Cornel and Bharath to GitHub. Main output is that I will add a section to my slides asking the question of distinguishing between trache for end of life care (esp in TBI patients) and trache with a view to weaning off ventilator.

Will wait till we've had discussion on methods before speaking to other clinicians.

• I will propose brief methods as well.
• Data quality implementation currently focusing on trying to copy Ed's package to implement one of the checks we proposed.

Will need to speak about OMOP summary with Abi in more detail.
