Abi and I drafted this proposal based on the CHEST paper.
I hadn't written the methods part, because I couldn't get it concrete enough.
Plan is for me to write a short presentation for David and Karla with the following points.
- Clinical story and rationale (Add a bit and get Abi/Steve to help)
- Summary of a couple of trials
- Define 2 questions:
  - Can we predict who is likely to get a tracheostomy at some point?
  - Does 'time since first tracheostomy opportunity to time of trache' impact outcomes length of stay, mech vent days, sedation days?
- Describe repeated measures structure of dataset along with a couple of concrete examples of patient paths.
Update Gantt chart/create another one with a more defined section on timings for the research question.
Also, chat with Ed about his ventilation paper.
Set up CCHIC data quality meeting.
