See also https://github.com/Furyswipesvg/Furyswipes_5mmb_Shadowlands for another free, opensource and Tcl based alternative, I believe it actually got updated before Wow switcher and WOB but I wasn't aware of it until recently. It doesn't have the GUI (like Windows Layout) WOB has but does have in game macros, round robin, and tries to get you up and running with multiboxing fast!
