The crystal estrogen pill is an upgraded form of estrogen pill. Upon consumption, the player is given Girl Power II for five minutes. It inherits all attributes from the estrogen pill. It is made by spouting molten amethyst onto an estrogen pill.

Unlike the estrogen pill, there is no estrogen pill box that works for crystal estrogen pills. This feature is likely to be removed in a future release.

Crystal Estrogen pills can be used as ammo in the potato cannon, causing 3 damage and inflicting Girl Power II for 15 seconds. They take 8 ticks to reload, and are shot at a velocity of 1.5 blocks, causing 0.3 blocks of knockback.
