These are the troubleshooting steps to follow before reporting an issue.

  • Delete the account affected using /tne delete

  • Attempt to reset the database with the following steps

    • Use /tne extract
    • Verify extracted.yml contains all users and their balances.
    • Backup DB
    • Reset DB
    • Use /tne restore, and wait until completion for users to log back in.
