The End

The End Dimension is a diverse. Each biome within the End has distinct terrain, flora, structures, and mobs. A dimension that was once more alive, but something happened to it.


End Highlands & End Midlands

The End Highlands and End Midlands comprise most of the End’s terrain. These biomes represent the traditional End landscape, enhanced with subtle vegetation and environmental variety.

Environment

  • Common Flora: Chorus Plants, Chorus Sprouts
  • Rare Flora: Dry End Growth
  • Atmosphere: Clear skies with faint nebulae and standard End fog density

Celestial Groves

Celestial Groves are lush, radiant biomes scattered throughout the End. They are the rarest of all End biomes and serve as the home of the peaceful Drifters. Their skies glow with orange-tinted nebulae, and the fog is slightly denser than that of the Highlands.

Environment

  • Terrain: Covered in Celestial Overgrowth
  • Flora: Celestial Growth, Bulb Flowers, Celestial Chanterelles
  • Unique Features:
    • Large Celestial Chanterelles tower above the ground
    • Flanger Berry Vines grow from their caps, bearing Flanger Berries
    • Chorus Plants, Chorus Sprouts, and Dry End Growth appear sporadically

Corrupt Barrens

The Corrupt Barrens are dense, shadowy biomes that appear uncommonly throughout the End. They are one of the few areas where Endermen do not spawn. The fog is thick, and the stars are faint and distant.

Environment

  • Surface Material: Mirestone layered with Corrupt Overgrowth
  • Flora: Corrupt Growth, Murublight Chanterelles, Blinklight Vines
  • Terrain Features:
    • Mirestone Pillars rise from the surface
    • Large Murublight Chanterelles and vine clusters grow beneath islands
    • Nebulite Ore is more common here than in other biomes

Magnia Fields

The Magnia Fields are desolate expanses common throughout the End. The skies glow faintly green, and the terrain is dominated by strange magnetic formations.

Environment

  • Terrain Composition: Veins of Magnia run along surfaces and undersides
  • Flora & Features:
    • Alluring Magnia on the surface, Repulsive Magnia beneath
    • Arches and towers of Magnia with glowing bulbs surrounded by rings
    • Alluring Magnia Sprouts and Repulsive Magnia Sprouts grow on their respective materials
    • Chorus Plants and Sprouts are rare, while Dry End Growth is abundant

Veiled Woodlands

The Veiled Woodlands are dense, misty forests that stretch across the End. These biomes are home to the elusive Rustles and are known for their blue-tinted skies and drifting fog.

  • Surface: Covered in silk-like growth
  • Flora: Wisp Growth, Wisp Sprouts, Wisp Flowers
  • Vegetation Features:
    • Veiled Trees root deep into End Stone, with leaves forming a canopy above
    • Veiled Vines hang from leaves, releasing glowing particles
    • Chorus Plants, Chorus Sprouts, and Dry End Growth appear throughout
