Use these toggles turn on or off avatar functionality that isn't controlled through the expressions menu.

Keep in mind grabs and triggers require VR mode. Hand gestures are available on Desktop.

Control gestures

When toggled on, you can use hand gestures to control certain features, including:

See Camera system:

  • Pin/unpin camera override (Minimized + Left HandGun + Right HandGun or Maximized + Right trigger (full))
  • Flip minimized/maximized camera (Left HandGun)
  • Make maximized camera transparent/opaque (Right RockNRoll and hold)
  • Zoom in/out camera view (Left HandGun + Right trigger, change left gesture to save)
  • Rotate camera view (Left Victory + Right trigger, change left gesture to save)

Other gestures:

  • Redrop beacon (Left trigger)
  • Prevent AFK animation (Left RockNRoll + AFK) - Retain IK during AFK mode. The gesture is only needed while entering AFK.
  • Emergency flight interruption (Left trigger (full) + Right trigger (full)) - Kills GoGo Loco flight/dash if they get stuck.

Face gestures

When toggled on, you can override the avatar's facial expression using a gesture:

  • Gesture-based facial expression override (Left RockNRoll + Right HandOpen, FingerPoint, Victory, RockNRoll, HandGun or ThumbsUp) For more information, refer to Facial Expressions system.

Immersive gestures

When toggled on, you can use motions and body language to trigger certain changes in your own avatar.

  • Shocked face: Open your hands and place them on your (the avatar's) head.
  • Pensive face: Change your left or right hand to the FingerPoint gesture and raise it to the front of your mouth/chin.
  • Yawn: Requires Left RockNRoll to prevent accidental activation. Put a hand in front of your mouth and hold.
  • Move the scroll: To slide the scroll in the satchel, start with Right HandOpen or Right Neutral, then close your hand on the end of the scroll and drag it to a new position.
  • Move the socks: You can scrunch or stretch each sock. Start with Right HandOpen or Right Neutral, then close your hand on the front of the sock, where there's a gap in the boot, and drag up or down.

Interactions

Enables or disables systems that can be interacted with by other users. For more information, see Interactions.

Cosmetic PhysBones

Disable all PhysBones that drive the avatar's hair and his various straps and flaps, even if the associated clothing parts are not disabled. It can improve performance, but will make the avatar look more stiff and less dynamic.

This setting doesn't affect prop PhysBones or Googly Eyes.
