Week 1:

Patrick: This week i am working on attaching the frontend to our backend. I have already created the react app and now am trying to pull the api data from our backend. Before i am able to do this i think i need to change the backend to only output the api data, without all the gui that is meant to be in the frontend. I am happy with the progress of the project and am expecting to have this easily done this sprint.

Anthony: This week I am working on getting the app deployed using AWS. I have done some research and am trying to figure out how to use AWS and what the best instance to use is. I am not really sure how it works currently but will be looking into it more to figure it out.

Week 2:

Patrick: Last week I was able to get the react side set up. I have the code that is needed to fetch the data from the api and now just have to link it all up. We missed a class this week due to the Easter holidays so feel like I need to catch up a bit to keep on track.

Anthony: This week I have looked into AWS and am still slightly confused which is becoming frustrating but I got some help and have made an instance so that I can put it on a server so that I can ssh into it and can look more into how I will deploy it next sprint.
