What does PositionOS offer?

PositionOS mimics the order of cellular activity in the human body that makes it function and adapt to a unified whole. It represents the perfection of the software programming art and an end point for Computer Science. Like the general-purpose computer did to make a revolution (allowing any problem to be stated or solved, limited only by programmer imagination and processing availability), this makes a general-purpose software system to make application development perfectly natural.

Everything scales in a unified, fractal of order, utilizing the same API at each level and each object. The visualization layer and object name requirement solves the problem of object discovery so that existing objects are re-used rather than re-invented.

All objects must have documentation and a swear/require, needs/implore contract letting every user know what each parcel of functionality does for each application, whereby such objects can be re-used.

The visualization allows viewing shared groups of affinity that one has permission, starting at one's personal computer. This visualization shows the object landscape, object usage and popularity, and new activity. The network is peer-2-peer and layered by one's permissions. It exploits the power of exponentiation and the power of the "small network effect" to avoid tracking millions of nodes.

It invents a language called FLY that simplifies the approach to both the computer hardware and the user, using the sophistication of the graph and flow networks which allow multiple, simultaneous points of execution.

As for built-in apps, see RESOURCES.
