## What this does

Restores Fortune to a character's Fate level.
- Character token must be targeted, rather than simply selected. 
- Multiple characters can be reset simultaneously, to quickly recover a whole party between sessions.
- Applies any Luck talent bonus.
- The update is confirmed in the chat log.
