Developer mode unlocks a powerful set of abilities not available to other users. Developer mode is intended only for use by the developer (me) when something goes wrong that should be corrected.

A user in developer mode has all the abilities of the host. In addition, they may:

• Restart the server, kicking everyone, by using the restart command.
• Set the points of any user to any value with the points command.

Users in developer mode can send arbitrary commands within the user interface, allowing for more complex fixes.
