Conveyor System - Henchel-Santillan/solid-parts GitHub Wiki

The conveyor system is a scaled-down solid assembly made from stock parts from various suppliers. From sparsely-dimensioned 2D drawings, 3D solid models were created for each product to mimic the original as close as possible. Credit is given where due.

The conveyor system is linear, composed of aluminum extrusions, bearings, shafts, and various fasteners (including corner slots). Using SolidWorks' built-in motion analysis tool, a wrapping belt was made for the conveyor and conveyor function at numerous speed thresholds (rpm) were observed.
