jupyter widget for uglymol

https://github.com/uglymol/uglymol provides a javascript library that we can wrap into the juptyer widget framework so it's easy to display it from inside of a notebook without having to dump it out to html file first. It would also be cool to integrate tightly with reciprocal spaceship.
