Universe_MoveRestrictToVolume(<bEnable>, <sVolumeName>)
Locks the movement disc to the specified volume.
Returns true if executed successfully.
<bEnable>: 0 = disable, 1 = enable.
<sVolumeName>: the name of the volume.
