Timer_GetRemaining(<Index>)

Returns the remaining time (in seconds) of a countdown timer. Returns 0 if the timer has ended.
Note: this function is defined in "data\scripts\scar\scar_util.lua".

<Index>: the index (integer or string) of the timer.
