SobGroup_SetSwitchOwnerFlag(<sSobGroupName>, <bEnable>)
Makes all ships in <sSobGroupName> remain in the sobgroup even after ownership has changed.
Note: seems a necessary function to assess whether a sobGroup is captured later on. -SunTzu
