SobGroup_OwnedBy(<sSobGroupName>)

Description

Returns the index number of the player who owns <sSobGroupName>.
Returns the owner of the first owned ship in <sSobGroupName>, in the case of mixed ownership.

<sSobGroupName>: the name of the sobgroup.
