SobGroup_Launch(<sSobGroupToLaunchName>, <sSobGroupToLaunchFromName>)

Description

Launches <sSobGroupToLaunchName> from <sSobGroupToLaunchFromName>.
Only works if <sSobGroupToLaunchName> is currently docked with the first ship in <sSobGroupToLaunchFromName>.
