SobGroup_IsSelectable(<sSobGroupName>)
Description
Returns true if the named sobgroup can be selected using the mouse.
Example
SobGroup_IsSelectable(missilesAccelerated[i])
Arguments
<sSobGroupName>: the name of the sobgroup.
