Player_Research(<iPlayerIndex>, <sResearch>)

Start the named research item for the player.
Note: will not work if the item is not available for research (e.g. it is restricted, already being researched, or done).

<iPlayerIndex>: the index number of the player.
<sResearch>: the name of the research item.
