Ping_LabelVisible(<iPingIndex>, <bVisible>)
Sets the visibility of the text label for the ping with the given ID.
Ping_LabelVisible(pingid, 1) Note: example taken from scar_util functions
<iPingIndex>: index of a ping already created
<bVisible>: 0 = invisible, 1 = visible
