KAS_AttackSpecial(<tIndex>, <tParameter>)

Lets a Squad use their special ability.

KAS_AttackSpecial(swarmers, targets)

• <tIndex>: gets the player index for SobGroup_Attack.
• <tParameter>: sets the targets for the attacking group.
