CPU_EnableAll(<bEnable>)

Enables/disables the AI for all CPU players.
Note: this function doesn't affect sobgroups removed using CPU_RemoveSobGroup.

CPU_EnableAll(0)

<bEnable>: enable/disable AI (0 = disable, 1 = enable).
