You can configure the NetGuard firewall to use DNSCrypt and Tor without root.

  • Enable proxy mode

  • Start DNSCrypt and Tor:

  • Exclude InviZible from NetGuard rules, "Apply rules and conditions" must be disabled:

  • Configure NetGuard settings to redirect DNS queris to DNSCrypt:

MENU -> Settings -> Advanced options -> Filter Traffic Enable

VPN DNS: 9.9.9.9

VPN DNS: 149.112.112.112

Port forwarding -> Protocol: UDP, Source Port: 53, Destination Address: 127.0.0.1, Destinatiom Port: 5354, Destination app: nobody

Port forwarding -> Protocol: TCP, Source Port: 53, Destination Address: 127.0.0.1, Destinatiom Port: 5354, Destination app: nobody

  • Configure NetGuard settings to redirect TCP internet traffic to Tor:

Use SOCKS5 proxy enable, SOCKS5 address: 127.0.0.1, SOCKS5 port: 9050

  • If Tor is not more required you can simply disable "Use SOCKS5 proxy" whenever you want:

This is a unique chance to protect your privacy and security with non-rooted device!

DNSCrypt can block ads, malicious sites, and prevent DNS tracking. Tor provides access to all blocked Internet resources and protects your privacy. You will also have access to Darknet (onion sites) from any browser.
