💡 What is CattyCode?
CattyCode is a block-based programming language that runs in your browser or as a desktop app. It’s designed to be fun, simple, and beginner-friendly — perfect for learning and experimenting!
🧾 Do I need an account?
Nope!
You can use CattyCode completely without an account. Even sharing your code (as screenshots) on the community Padlet doesn’t require one.
💻 Does it work offline?
Yes! Just download and run the desktop app. It works without internet access.
(You can get it from the Desktop Download Page).
🔄 How do I restart the editor?
- Web Editor: Click the
reload
button to restart with a blank editor. - Desktop App: Close and reopen

🛑 Will the "LOL machine" crash CattyCode?
Nope!
It might look like it spams a lot of alert boxes, but it won’t crash anything. Just don't use it in the desktop version unless you're okay with opening Task Manager to close it! 😂
📸 How do I share my projects?
Take a screenshot of your blocks and post it on the CattyCode Community Padlet.
🧱 Can I save or load projects?
Not yet!
For now, sharing screenshots is the main way to show your work.
(Save/load might be added in a future update!)
💰 How much does CattyCode cost?
It’s 100% free.
There’s no donation system either. Just download it and start coding!
