Goal: A fair lottery-based Android app for high-demand community events.
Entrants join a waiting list during a registration window; organizers run a draw; selected entrants accept/decline and organizers can backfill.

Core features (MVP):

• Device-based identity (anonymous auth) and profile
• Browse events; join/leave waiting lists; see list size
• Organizer: set registration window; view waiting list
• (Later) Draw N + notifications; QR scan; posters; admin console
