• Agreements have been moving along, with SANDAG, MWCOG, and MetCouncil agreements having been received. SEMCOG has also sent theirs recently.
• CMAP is officially a new partner
• Period to respond is 3 months - July 1 through September 1, don't want to delay past then

• Has been accepted and registered to AMPO research division

Content for the website

• Working to update ActivitySim section of the AMPO website
• Would like to include examples of real world agencies using ActivitySim (such as the visualization stuff)
• Who would be interested in contributing text and compelling visuals?
  • Joe to send follow-up email and ask for volunteers
• In the next month, hoping to have placeholders/mock-ups of content
• MWCOG website has a page with their activitysim info https://www.mwcog.org/transportation/data-and-tools/modeling/developmental-travel-model/ But still in developmental model, not in production yet

Next round of scoping

• In the past (last 2 or 3 cycles), we have pivoted off the list of features/capabilities/components that was developed collectively, prioritized that list and then solicited from the contractors as well
• This process has worked well in the past
• This time, maybe we could be more open-ended to kick of this process, open up to the entire project (partners and bench contractors) – have a free discussion with hopes to come out with a coherent theme and some goals
