Update on Phase 6b tasks
- Agency visualization survey
  - ARC and SEMCOG to complete survey
  - Plan to discuss task again at the 7/27 meeting
- Vehicle type model
  - Mark and Greg discussing additional ideas with Dave/WSP, Vladimir/MAG
  - Let's have Mark/Greg present again soon any updates to the design based on the conversation
  - Need to populate the Google Doc for comments
- Software development improvements
  - Finalizing several updates to the release process
    - official orca dependency
    - no zbox
    - using conda forge
    - auto pypi
    - using latest pandas
    - added Travis build stages
  - See HOW_TO_RELEASE steps
    - Basically when a version tag is committed to master, the conda forge process activates
  - I'll review once Newman is ready
- PM, specifically the project board idea
  - Folks like this idea and we'll automation so when closing an issue, it gets moved to Done
  - We'll give it a try since it supports better async work, more collaborators, less PM burden, less in person meetings, etc.
Update on issues
- An updated release (+ improved release procedures) is coming soon
  - Jeff Newman working on it and then I'll review/try
- We're still working on the couple performance improvements (maz-to-maz cost lookups and chunk logging)
  - Runtimes much better but maybe a couple more improvements possible, I'll keep looking in cooperation with Enrique and Stefan
  - Plan to include in the upcoming release
