5b/6a Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

Contracting
- Bench contract going out next week
- Partner MOA/payment agreement being finalized
- What term should the MOA be? 1 year, 2, year, 3 year?
- Can be different for different agencies
- If signed, commits the agency to paying for that period and gives them a vote in the PMC
- Plan to get contracts signed and executed July 1
- Ohio DOT probably join July 1
- MWCOG probably join July 1 and SERPM maybe next year
Released code, see releases
- Will create issue for additional ARC submodels that need estimation integration
- It would be good to have scripts to reformat household travel surveys into ActivitySim format for estimation
- We have some for SEMCOG that could be cleaned up and shared
- Would be good to walk through an example, maybe SEMCOG auto ownership, on an upcoming call to help socialize the new functionality

Telecommute (work_from_home and telecommute_frequency) model programmed, see example
Using SANDAG model specification and coefficients and faked additional MTC data (person occupancy)
Would be good to have a real example with MTC data and estimation for distribution
SFCTA, MTC, and SANDAG all have rMove surveys and maybe they could cooperate to set this up with consultant support
Survey has telecommute minutes each day (not just T/F for day)

SEMCOG to go ahead with using the new model and then we'll circle back on how to finish the contribution for distribution
