Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

• Discussed Phase 6 scoping here and Joe/Ben's suggestion for moving forward
• Split phase 6 into two phases - 6a July to Dec 2020; 6b Jan to June 2021
• Group / add a version 2 design task
• Toll transponders likely going away
• Multiple models test system needs more clarity
• Team agreed to phase 6 a and b rough scopes and budgets
• @RSG to scope 6a now
• @Partners continue to discuss procurement process updates offline

Task 3 Two Zones (milestone)

• Jeff getting into the task now with the example test data
• Cleaning up ability to support zone labels / non-seq zones ids in skims

Task 9 Estimation Mode (milestone)

• Continuing work on example distribution system
• Continuing work to finish notebook examples
