Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

• Discussed draft Phase 6 scoping Google doc here
  • Discuss again next week
  • Plan for each agency to rank top 10 issues, 1 to 10
  • Will estimate LOE for top X issues
  • Then agencies allocate percent of budget to tasks
  • Better split out vehicle related tasks
  • Usability improvements important
  • No clear best practice parking model so would be a design and develop and calibrate example task
  • Working toward end of May scope, budget for execution July 1
• Fixed a couple small issues in the SEMCOG develop branch; will PR once full run complete.

Task 6 Model Developer Tutorial (milestone)

• Working on Jupyter notebook recipes

Task 9 Estimation Mode (milestone)

• Working on revisions to additional submodels, currently non-mandatory tour destination submodel
• Working on larch integration in this RSG pull request; auto ownership and destination choice working, tour mode choice in progress
• Can we add t-statistic to the coefficients file to see significance
• Plan to get through tour mode choice and then pause, update the estimation notebooks to produce to EDBs as well, review budget, and then maybe switch to multizones or keep going in consultation with the PMC
