cmi5 Conformance Testing
The group reviewed possible options of for cmi5 Test Suite development. An "donated" open source from an LRS vendor (ike the one provided for the LRS test suite) was seen as less likely. A more likely scenario was seen as BAA funded option or an ADL internal project.
cmi5 Adoption
Group members agreed to reach out 2 vendors with cmi5 solutions to add to the cmi5 adopters list.
cmi5 JSON examples
Per the previous meeting, the group began reviewing JSON examples to add for the following:
- launchParameters in State Documents (several)
- entitlementKey (and entitlementKey:alternate) in State Documents (both scenarios)
- languagePreference, audioPreference in Agent Profile (one or two)
cmi5 Spec Errata
The group agreed to change the example value for launchParameters in 13.1.4 AU Metadata as the existing value may cause confusion over the datatype. The example is ambiguous as it appears to be JSON object (when the spec calls for a string value). Existing example is as follows:
